Refund Policy

30-day, unconditional refunds
If AgencyWorks isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase in full — no questions asked — as long as you request it within 30 days of your purchase date. You don't need to justify the request, though a one-line reason helps us improve the product.
How to request a refund
Email support@agencyworks.dev with the email address you used at checkout and the template(s) you purchased. We process refund requests within 48 hours through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your template access
Once a refund is issued, your access to the purchased Looker Studio template link is revoked. Because Looker Studio templates are shared as editable copies, we can't force-remove a copy you've already made — we simply ask that you stop using it once refunded, per the license terms you agreed to at purchase.
Repeat refund requests
We reserve the right to decline future purchases from accounts with a pattern of repeated refund requests, to keep this policy sustainable for everyone.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. AgencyWorks is operated by an individual as a sole proprietorship, and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which also handles applicable VAT and sales tax on your purchase. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain your statutory right to withdraw from a digital goods purchase within 14 days of purchase — our 30-day refund window meets or exceeds that right.
