Terms of Service

1. What you're buying

AgencyWorks sells access to Looker Studio report templates — the Monthly Client Report, SEO Performance Report, and PPC Report — and the accompanying Client Onboarding Kit (copy-paste email templates and checklists for requesting client access to GA4, Search Console, and Google Ads). Templates are delivered as a shared, editable Looker Studio copy that you make your own; the Onboarding Kit is delivered as reference content. There is no physical product and no ongoing hosted service — you're purchasing a design you copy into your own Looker Studio account.

2. License and intellectual property

When you purchase a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it inside a single purchasing agency, without limit — including to build reports for any number of that agency's own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the template itself (including your copy of it) to any other person, agency, or business, and you may not upload it to a public gallery, marketplace, or any other resource where a third party could obtain it.

All intellectual property in the templates, their design, and the Onboarding Kit content remains the exclusive property of AgencyWorks. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

3. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The templates are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the templates will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every configuration of Looker Studio, GA4, Search Console, or Google Ads that you or your clients use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgencyWorks' total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the templates will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. AgencyWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost client relationships — arising from your use of the templates.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain the statutory consumer rights available to you under EU/UK law, and nothing in this section limits those rights.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. AgencyWorks is operated by an individual as a sole proprietorship, based in South Korea.

7. Google affiliation

AgencyWorks is not affiliated with Google. Looker Studio is a trademark of Google LLC.

8. Template updates

If we discover an error in a template you've purchased, we'll fix it and make the corrected version available to you at no additional cost. We do not guarantee ongoing feature updates beyond error corrections — templates are sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and continued feature development is not guaranteed.
